Thank you for visiting my website. As well as giving some background to my work as a freelance journalist, I will also be posting some pictures and video here that complement my writing over the years. Highlights will include a rare photograph of the late, renowned photographer Bert Hardy that I took in his home in Surrey almost 30 years ago. There will also be "outtakes" from interviews with writers including A L Kennedy, Joyce Carol Oates, Paul Muldoon and Jonathan Coe.
